Shia founded his first company in 2009 and grew it to 4.5 MM in sales within 3 years. In 2013, he entered the real estate world as a passive investor by partnering with a NY-based investment group. While there, he bought and renovated 15 luxury properties.

How will our investors realize optimal returns? Deal structure, NOI enhancements, and creative renovations are just some of the tools we use to upgrade a property's value. We also look for breakout deals - investments in locations that are about to pop.
How will the occupants be upgraded? After purchasing a property, we work with the tenants to upgrade the facility and improve the existing structures. Happy tenants stay longer - leading to less turnover, stronger communities and solid returns.
How will the community nearby be enhanced? Our due diligence includes assessing the surrounding area to determine what impact new ownership and improvements will have. This brings up the value of the neighborhood, which leads to a higher return.
